Despite many years of speculation and promises, the age of the paperless office really does appear to be a myth rather than reality.

While we continue the search for a perfect office of the future where no paper exists, we need to handle the paper that actually exists today.

The good news is that the storage units available from many manufacturers are very well designed and manufactured, so that they blend into the office, they make storage efficient and user friendly plus many have the facility to serve another purpose as well.
